Welcome to our tranquil garden beach home in Carlsbad with a NEW GAME ROOM!!! The single-story house is in close proximity and city street access to Legoland, minutes' drive to Tamarack surf beach & other family friendly beaches and walkable to Carlsbad lagoon. This property is centrally located with easy access to freeways leading to San Diego and Los Angeles attractions. Make memories with the game room, beautiful outdoor spaces, stunning gardens, and plentiful amenities.
