*PRIVATE BACKYARD POOL, SPA and LAWN! Pool features steps into shallow end, waterfall spa, and secure, private backyard location, with spacious grassy lawn and locking side gates. Gas BBQ Grill, 3 lounge chairs and 2 separate dining areas are located poolside. We provide lots of beach and pool toys, cooler, chairs, several body boards, and 2 beach cruiser bicycles for guests' enjoyment! No separate pool fence provided. Additional charges apply to heat the large pool up to 84 degrees, with advance notice to the Owner.
* SPACIOUS SLEEPING AREAS: There are 9 beds available in 6 separate bedrooms, plus 2 premium quality Aerobeds! The house measures over 3,850 square feet, including a 600 sf studio with both separate and connected entrances. Contact the Owner for a detailed description of bedroom and bathroom areas.
* COMFY FAMILY ROOM! The 55" Smart TV connects to the high speed WiFi internet, 3 newer overstuffed couches, gas fireplace, and cable channels for your entertainment!
* BRIGHT OPEN KITCHEN! Table for 8 next to the kitchen looks out to the pool. Lots of granite counterspace including island with sink, double oven, double sink, cooktop with vent, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware and more! Owners may be able to provide special kitchen items if requested in advance.
* SEPARATE FORMAL DINING ROOM! Granite table top with 6 chairs looks out to the backyard lawn area. Additional seating for 8 next to kitchen, plus 2 poolside tables and folding table with 4 chairs also available.
* GRAND SPIRAL STAIRCASE! Gorgeous entryway featuring tall iron and glass doors, cathedral ceilings, spiral staircase, slate floors and marble steps! An excellent spot for family photos.
* WINE CAVE! Under the spiral staircase with slots for wine glasses and refrigerator to chill your favorite vintages! (or a fun kiddie jail!)
* RELAXING LIVING ROOM features a second gas fireplace, 2 newer love seats, coffee table and lots of natural light!
* AMPLE FREE PARKING! Attached 3-car garage available for guest use, plus 3 or 4 additional cars can park in driveway, and curbside parking with no permit requirement. "Oversized vehicles" require a City permit for street parking up to 72 hours. (Contact Owner at least a week before arrival to request an RV permit.)
* WELCOME BINDER PROVIDED! ...with local directions, home instructions, restaurant suggestions and brochures to many local attractions!
* THIS HOME IS NOT TO BE USED AS A VENUE FOR LOUD, ROWDY PARTIES OR EVENTS! This home is in a residential neighborhood and the City's "Good Neighbor Guidelines" must be followed, including restrictions on noise levels between 10:00pm and 10:00am. Calls from neighbors or police may result in security deposit deductions. We can provide referrals for caterers, chefs, equipment rentals, and more. Guests must pay for these separately and assume all liability for hiring such companies. Upon request, we can also decorate for holidays with items like a Christmas tree and exterior lights.

Cyndi's home is lovely with Spanish flair. The accomodations are comfortable, the pool and hot tub fantastic and for any questions we had, our host was easily accessible. Seven adults and three kids were very comfortable in this home. We would definitely stay again.

This home is amazing. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Large table off the kitchen for game night and meals. Some of our party does not care for the beach and the backyard, pool and spa was the perfect spot to soak and chat. Close to Vons grocery and a short 10-25 min walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors and of course it’s Carlsbad in the summer, what’s not to love. We will be back

We are in the same area and had to leave our home due to a hot water slab leak. I contacted Cyndi and she responded quickly. The property was clean and ready for us. There is so much room for all of my family. The house is so comfortable and it was very relaxing while we were there. Cyndi is a fantastic host. She responded very quickly to anything that we needed to make our stay stress free. We are so thankful for having the place that we needed and are grateful.
