We are located in Carlsbad Village, less then a block from the beach and the beach access, just a block from downtown Carlsbad. You can literally walk to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The unit is in a twenty one unit garden low rise apartment complex, there are three buildings with a courtyard and swimming located in the center of the complex.
This vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The unit is located on the first floor, and it features a oversized private patio/yard.

This place has everything you need and the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants is our favorite part. Did not use the pool with the beach down the street but it looked clean. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will likely be back again in the future.

The unit was very clean, and perfect for our family. The grounds we nice and the pool was a bonus. We love the distance to the beach and to the heart of town. Hoping to book again!

This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be our last! Great location and well kept vacation rental. They provide everything you need to have a great time at the beach.
