The view was good. Some of the decorating was very nice.
This place is very worn out, literally falling apart on the outside.
It definitely needs to be remodeled and fixed.
Different things were missing and not working management company made it right?But it took several calls.
The gateGetting down to the beach is awful that everything is worn out.It's very dangerous overgrown with plants.Two thirds of the width of the stairs.
From the street, the entry is just not clean, with probably a hundred thousand dollars of care.This building would be good. We actually even had the management company have the cleaning people come through the windows.They were so dirty.
If it wasn't for the view.
It wouldn't be worth much.
The pictures online do not do diligence.
