Beyond your private space, the property features a spacious, shared beachfront yard with lounge chairs, firepit, and outdoor dining areas. It’s the perfect place to soak in the ocean breeze and make the most of your beachside retreat.

- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 4 people in beds (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed)
- The home has multiple stories as you navigate from the driveway to the sand, with no elevator, so this home may not be suitable for everyone.
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many in the area, is not equipped with air conditioning.

The property had a large yard that was steps away from the beach and crashing waves. The restaurants and coffee shops were only a 5 minute walk away. The property itself provided all the views that ocean lovers can enjoy. The kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bright sitting space gave us a a little beach home away from home.

The location and surrounding area was great. Disappointed in the lack of attention to cleaning as the windows clearly hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival as evidence by the finger notes that showed up each morning and cloudy film. Providing a 6 inch squeegee when asking about options for window cleaning was a laughable insult to a guest paying for a 5 night stay. Kitchen fairly well stocked, but the roach walking through the floor wasn't ideal. Lack of beach toys and only two beach chairs was much less than expected.
