Outdoor Spaces include the spacious West-facing balcony – The best spot to take in the ocean views - and the front patio with Café table & BBQ – Ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Beyond your private space, enjoy the shared beachfront yard, which features chaise lounges, a firepit, and outdoor dining areas. It’s the perfect place to soak up the ocean breeze and fully embrace beachside living.

- The home has multiple stories as you navigate from the driveway to the sand, with no elevator, so this home may not be suitable for everyone.

- Due to the mild coastal climate, this home, like many in the area, is NOT equipped with Air conditioning.

It is very large and spacious. The layout is excellent. It never felt as if you didnt have any breathing room. All you hear are the waves. All day. Loved every second of it. Have stayed here before and I plan to come back. Prompt attention from the owner/management regarding the heater. Prompt and professional attention. We thank you for trusting your home to us for a relaxing time!

This is the perfect little getaway for two! You have your own parking spot and a perfect view of the ocean. The private patio and the bedroom view were priceless! We just love the little oasis and the backyard was wonderfully packed with all kinds of chairs and loungers. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and the property was very clean with lots of towel towels and extra toilet paper!My only suggestion for next time is stronger Wi-Fi. However, listening to the ocean is priceless.

view & sounds were great. Kitchen was good. I like to have a regular toaster. under the sink was wet and damp. could not get hot water in the kitchen or the bathroom sink. the shower yes but the connection of the pipe to the personal shower leaked and was squirting to the sealing.Bed was great.My family have stayed at the beach front properties on ocean blvd for 27 yrs Thanks! Needs a table and chairs on the balcony. The couch is too low and the railing blocks the view
