The apartment is roomy and well equipped. The vaporetto stop and the shopping and dining possibilities of Campo San Giacomo are very close, so it is easy to get to the usual sights but also to enjoy the relative calm of a neighborhood. It is lovely to eat while looking out at the garden (too chilly during our stay to eat outside.

Host spoke great English, came looking for me to be sure I arrived safely. Apartment w/ rear private courtyard and lg front courtyard was very quiet and very easy to find once you know where it was. Navigating Venice is not for the faint of heart.

In a quieter neighborhood yet close to grocery store, restaurants, bakeries and gelato. Easy walking to Rialto and St Marks. Would highly recommend this apartment. Alberto, your place is great. We really enjoyed our stay.
