Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei klimatisierten Schlafzimmern und einem lauen Wind abends auf der Dachterrasse, was im sommerlichen Venedig für Entspannung sorgt. Von dort sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Venedig fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Einkauf im nahe gelegenen Spar-Supermarkt im ehemaligen Cinema ("paradiso") liegt bereits die erste Sensation um die Ecke. Super Betreuung durch die Inhaberin.
Ein Zweitschlüssel wäre hilfreich, wenn man sich als Gruppe geteilt hat und auf der Dachterrasse das Klingeln nicht hört

Lage und Preis sind OK gut für Venedig, die Wohnung war groß und die Balkone und Dachterrasse schön, das Viertel trotz zentraler Lage ruhig, alles gut erreichbar, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Es war sauber. Wir wurden mit Wein, Wasser und kostenlosen Kaffee-Kapseln empfangen.
Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so einiges funktioniert nicht mehr, Duschkopf nicht an der Vorrichtung aufhängbar, die Betten im Zwei-Bett-Zimmer waren etwas hart, hier und da klemmte eine Schublade. Ein paar Reparaturen hier und da würden es besser machen. Die Einrichtung ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber das kennt man aus Venedig...
