Situation géographique exceptionnelle proche de tout : accès de la gare Santa Lucia, des stations de vaporetto, des commerces et autres sites touristiques. Silvia a été très réactive. Nous avons même pu avoir un check in en avance. Merci Silvia !

Me gustó que es acogedor, la cama del dormitorio principal es muy cómoda, la cocina estaba bien equipada y las habitaciones eran espaciosas y calidas. La atención de Silvia fue muy buena y amable desde principio a final :)
Cosas mínimas como la poca comodidad del sofá del salón y las escaleras empinadas hacia el piso. Todo fue bien en general.

Location was good and quiet although no view and not on a canal. Bed was comfortable
Very spartan furnishing, heating dependent on AC and stoves in kitchen and bathroom. The stove in the kitchen had no plug, we had to use to adapter for the electric kettle. Floor in bedroom very worn and impossible to clean. Very few utensils; no scissors, no teapot; coffee machine only for filter or moka. Luckily we ate out. Hot water boiler went on the blink and had a cold shower in the morning. Host offered to refund 50 Euros but appeared initially not to find local tax payment and in the end we preferred to forget about the stay.
