Ecco Suites San Leonardo

Very good location, 10 min from the train station and close to another boat stop. We liked the space and overall apartment look/design. The windows are facing inside the block, there was no noise from the neighborhood. Some restaurants in the near vicinity, but for real Italian food and not too much overpriced you really have to search in Venice..... There is no elevator into the 3rd floor, but it was not an issue for us.

The aircon especially in the sleeping room could be quieter.

The location was good and the feeling of beinf in a Venezian style room was very good.

The staff better, better say Roberto was not were kin to keep me informed. When solo traveller book this way accomodation to be directed digutaly to the premise then info has to go in smootly exatly day before arriving. Also if the owner cannot accept luggage prior to the. Check in time should be clear and direct about it. Not getting confirmation of wheter I can or not leave luggage at the premise kept me anxious. I sincerely hope next time Roberto will inform me on time and precisrly of what can I get and what not. Thanks.

the apartment is brand new, super well equipped and very comfortable. I only missed having a coffe maker for real coffee (it had a nespresso with capsules that many people like, but I'm old school with coffee). Otherwise it was great. The staff was super helpful and answer any questions right away. There was an issue with the a/c and they took care of it immediately. The neighbourhood is great, nice places to eat and shops and very close to vaporetto stations, even to take you to the airport.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen im etwas ruhigeren Stadtteil Cannaregio.

Das größte Ärgernis war, dass die Wohnung nicht warm wurde. Bei Außentemperaturen von 0° war es im Schlafraum circa 14° und 18° im Wohnraum. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem. Die beiden Fernseher sind keine Smart TV, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir viel unterwegs waren.
