Appartamento tipico con corte privata

From the first moment you may feel like home. Everything is clean and tidy. All devices are working efficiently. Bathroom is small but practical. Spacious place and enough to fit a family of 4 or even 6. Main room is the best. Air conditioner is well located in the appartment to feel its cooling air everywhere. Host “Paolo” is very welcoming and helpful and responsive. Very good communication with the host. I totally recommend it to anyone would like to spend lovely days in Venice. Location is perfect by all means.

However all windows and doors were always closed but a lot of mosquitoes were visiting us every night through the small window in the bathroom mainly as it wasn’t possible to close it due to broken lock so bring your strongest insects repellent and I encourage the host to fix the bathroom window and to install a mosquitoes device inside the appartment for a better experience. Leaving at 10:00 AM is really harsh. I was informed in advance but I found it really difficult to apply specially that my flight was at 7:00 PM so didn’t know what to do exactly however the host offered to keep the luggage at the appartment till 1:00 PM but the cleaning lady put our bags in the Terrace. I recommend to change the check-out time to 12:00 at least like any hotel in europe.

10 min walk from the train station. Great air conditioning.

Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 nights and 4 adults. Small bathroom but functional.

De gastvrouw was geweldig, prima communicatie, we mochten zelfs uren later uitchecken. Goede locatie, alles aanwezig voor 4pers., airco, map met handleidingen etc aanwezig, klein terrasje

Het is vrij gehorig, je hoort buiten de mensen langslopen, maar ‘s avonds was t altijd stil (geen doorgaande route). Ik vond t wel gezellig.

Bardzo ładny i wygodny apartament. Dla 2 osób bardzo dużo miejsca i bardzo wygodny. Wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Blisko przystanków vaporetto, blisko od dworca. Wlascicielka miła, dba o gości.

Prysznic troszkę mały.
