Great neighborhood, a part of Venice that is busy but never feels crowded. Wonderful restaurants, wine bars and a bakery/coffee shop, as well as a grocery and outdoor produce market.

This was a completely comfortable absolutely charming apartment with everything we needed to get easily around Venice and do anything we wanted. Our hostess was terrific and went out of her way to help us check in easily even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. extremely convenient to two separate vaporetto stations. The generous balcony gave a beautiful view of the enclosed garden below . The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings and decorations were a very high-quality.

This apartment is in a lovely area of Venezia. I could easily walk or take the Vaporetti anywhere. Thank you so much to the owners who waited late for me when my train was delayed. I had a wonderful stay! Hope to come back soon

Wonderful location and charming place with peaceful view of courtyard. Clean and tidy, this place is a gem with proximity to transportation and Natural History museum (2 min walk!). Great communication from the host and check in was seamless.
