I like the fact that it was close to everything in ocean dr and it’s right in the heart of Miami south beach
The fact we were supposed to get a hot tub and jacuzzi but we didn’t the fact that we only clean towels and wash cloths the four day we were there

Room was very clean and spacious enough towels and beautiful view
The online check in process needs to be reviewed the owner is very rude and argumentative and wasn’t available to assist with my check in! It took me 4 hours to check in because no one had direct contact to the owner! There was also dust and mold in the bathroom vents

Home away from home! SBV is the best! I will be back as always!
The second elevator has been out for some time now. Excessive wear and tear in the remaining elevator could present problems in the future. Would have to hate to take the stairs.

Near to the beach
The roof top was damage, the jacuzzi jets did it work, it was missing the shade at least an umbrella and outdoor furniture broken
