    First off the hotel itself is nice and classy but the staff from valet to front desk treat you poorly if you are not dressed head to toe in designer. I was there for a conference that was in the hotel (which was also poorly planned to the point where i had to stand most of the sessions because the space was so small). The check in and valet seem to be inconvenienced everytime i had a question. The room service app wasnt working so i went to ask if i could order on the phone and the front desk person said they didn’t have room service. I went back to my room and pressed room service button on the phone and was able to order. Valet took forever and there was no clear instructions and lots of confusion as to if i needed a ticket or not because i was staying there and bot just in and out for the conference. I hardly ever leave reviews but my experience was so bad from just two nights and spending $1800 that i had to say my peace. Would never stay here again.
