    We had a very pleasant stay at Loews Miami Beach. The hotel was beautiful and the location was excellent, especially for enjoying the beach area. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience.

    The hotel is very nice and up to date on all facilities. While the building may look like it’s been around for a while, the rooms must have been renovated recently as everything was clean, new, and stylish. There are also plenty of things within walking distance to do and places to.

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel. The noise levels are unbearable, making it impossible for me to get any rest. I can hear every movement from the room above, as well as disturbances from the hallway, which has severely impacted my ability to sleep. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of your staff. I was required to pay a deposit of $1,400 upon check-in, and when I extended my stay by one day, I requested a service from the restaurant. However, I was told that I needed to provide another deposit to ensure payment, despite the fact that sufficient funds are already held with the hotel. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to be taken to address these issues. Sincerely, Hend
