I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel. The noise levels are unbearable, making it impossible for me to get any rest. I can hear every movement from the room above, as well as disturbances from the hallway, which has severely impacted my ability to sleep.
Additionally, I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of your staff. I was required to pay a deposit of $1,400 upon check-in, and when I extended my stay by one day, I requested a service from the restaurant. However, I was told that I needed to provide another deposit to ensure payment, despite the fact that sufficient funds are already held with the hotel.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to be taken to address these issues.
