Perfectly located, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the cleaning service was exceptional.
Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Also, seating for breakfast was difficult as they did not have a dedicated area for breakfast - you had to find seating in the general/public areas of the property or on the front porch (which was not comfortable due to the weather and the arrangement of the furniture).

It was convenient to most places
There was no elevator. My room was situated near a side street where the light showed through the curtains. The breakfast wasn’t worth included in my rate.
