We were very excited about our stay in Miami and the hotel looked great on arrival. However, things quickly went downhill once we got to our room.
Although the room was spacious, the microwave didn’t work, the coffee machine didn’t work, and our room wasn’t serviced at all during our stay — no towel changes, no rubbish removal. We had to go to reception just to ask for towels and toilet paper.
The so-called “continental breakfast” consisted of bread and butter in the foyer. There was no milk or tea available, and while cereal was offered, there was again no milk to go with it.
To make matters worse, the staff were quite rude and seemed generally uninterested in assisting guests.
We are seasoned travelers and rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case we felt it was necessary to share our experience.

Amazing hotel value here. Comparable hotels in the area go for more but offer significantly less space and amenities. Some areas could use a little tender love & care like the elevator but overall unbeatable value.

One bedroom suite fab location for the hotel The room was clean -had a huge bed(creaked each time you moved) and the shower control was more than tricky,Music is played at volume in bar directly below but fine if you’re out partying beyond 1am.
We paid for a breakfast but were disappointed only coffee ,a loaf of sliced bread and butter sachets provided in reception area.
