Room was dirty and dusty. Room phone was sticky and didn't work. Outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Manager told me he couldn't offer my nothing except breakfast cause I paid through another website. My experience was terrible. I should have been offered another room.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the south beach and right off the beach. The rooms were ok but the carpet in the hallway was dirty. If the location is all that you want, go for it.
