The location was perfect, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. I found the price to be quite high. At check-in, the room was ready, and the process was done online and very fast. Overall, it is recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Aloha Fridays in South Beach, Miami! The place was amazing—great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a perfect location. While there were a few small things here and there, I understand that the hotel is going through some changes, like new management and a newly opened bar/restaurant, so I won’t dwell on them. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my time here.
I would definitely recommend Aloha Fridays to anyone visiting South Beach. Looking forward to coming back!

There is no management on site. The check-in process is all online and doesn’t work as expected. There is no one on site to assist you when there are issues with your check-in. It is the worst customer experience in 40 years of traveling. They should be ashamed.
