I needed a hotel that would hold luggage, that was quiet at night, that was close to the beach, and that had nice desk staff and comfortable beds.
There is no lobby and therefore no place to sit unless you use the restaurant that is located on the porch and in the entryway of the hotel.

Location! We can just walk to the beach or
to Lincoln Road for dinner. Hotel is located with an Italian restaurant together in one building, restaurant at ground floor, hotel rooms above. Room was ok, not very spacious, while bathroom was nice and clean ! We just stayed for one night, it was good! Luggage storage service also ok.
In our room the complimentary bottles of water was forgotten by the room staff, and because we checked in around 19:00 , we
were told by the reception that the water was out of stock on that day… In comparison to the room price , the value for money was not so high.
