I had an excellent stay. I felt safe, and the property was very clean. The only issue was that the bathroom sink and tub occasionally clogged. However, the staff responded quickly and efficiently. Perfect location.

Great location and clean facility. However, we had issue with their “virtual check-in” . To be able this check-in process, guests need to have the booking ID from the hotel, not the ref numbers/ booking numbers sent to the guests from Agoda. Agoda and/ or its partners has to provide the hotel guest’s email/ phone number so the hotel is able to send you the booking id and instructions but Agoda and/ or its partners failed to do this. I had to call the hotel and was able to obtain the booking id for the virtual check-in , then I stuck at the first step after providing my email for receiving a clarification code but the code never arrived in the email. Then a human being appeared with an iPad to assist me with the check-in process on his IPad. Not a good experience.

There is no one there to talk to if there is a problem. They always refer you back to their website...
