The room was great big and spacious but we lost hot water fir a day and with the cold weather it didn’t help .

Let's talk location. This hotel has a fantastic location. It's easily walkable to the beach. Also in the heart of the art deco district. Parking is a pain though. No valet. You have to park at a garage and it's crazy expensive in the holidays. The rooms themselves are huge albeit not that clean. The bathrooms are small. Their compound is big with decent sitting space. You get some good views of the art deco if you're on the city side room. Overall, I'd say if you want to stay near the beach area, definitely considerable as an option. There are better ones but ofcourse that depends on the budget as well.

Good location, other then that not a lot of positif point, room not cleaned, room outdated and need renovation, lift may work or not, staf average service, bathroom you need to be patient for the right temperature
