    I booked this hotel, and first night, they did not have the ground floor room, which I requested due to disability. We then got a room up steep stairs. Room was nice, but key card did not work when we returned. We then spent 2 hours outside as they could not get us back into room, the master key was missing. They broke the lock and offered us another room, but we would have to move all our suitcases etc to another room up steep stairs. We stayed in the room without a lock. Next morning , 2 workers repaired lock. We waited and went out, and when we returned the key did not work. Again. The staff were sympathetic, but I was sick and tired of no one helping us. We left and asked for a refund, and return of resort fee. Nothing was given, emails were sent, no response. Although the staff tried to help, I feel that the company who owns this resort don’t care, they constantly have problems with rooms and travellers who are disappointed. Old faulty equipment in a very dated hotel. They just take your money and no resolution to problems. Don’t stay here
