They cleverly created a hotel out of 4 separate (renovated) existing buildings. Right at the heart of Miami Beach. Staff were all very very nice; made us really feel welcome.
At first we drove by because we did not see the hotel; as a result we had to drive a long way (given that this was a peak day during spring break and police blocked pretty much all side ways for next 10 blocks) to get back to where we had to be.

It was absolutely beautiful and felt like you could be in your own bubble outside of Miami Beach, which I personally love because I’m not want to appreciate the party scene. I absolutely loved the coffee shop that was attached and the option to have breakfast there from the coffee shop. I absolutely loved the different restaurants and the entertainment they provided at night with the live music. The room was super intentionally decorated and kept really clean. Everything was really thought out and felt high-quality. The fact that it was right by Collins Avenue and right by the beach and next to a really crowded area, it was very quiet once you got in the rooms and I felt very safe.
It was a bit expensive. I wish that the parking situation was better because they only offer valet for $45 a night, which can get pricey really fast

The location was superb. We asked for a quiet room as the street some of the rooms overlooked was busy and lively and they gave us a very quiet room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cycle hire was also available (free at the time of our visit). Loads of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Perfect
Nothing. Only slight criticism is the room was a bit tiny and lighting could have been a bit brighter. This was a last minute booking as the original hotel we booked had gone bust (found out when we got there) so I’m sure if we had done some research we would have chosen the right room for us.

The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy and big, Spanish street is also really nice (but very expensive), the people working their were super friendly. It is a beautiful hotel to see & valet parking is nice.
The cleaner forgot to close my door after cleaning so it was unlocked all day.. luckely nothing got stolen but felt unsafe, they said they would check the camera’s and let me know if someone came in the room after cleaning but never heard anything.
Also the toilets in the public areas of the hotel were not clean & missing toilet paper.
