Friendly staff! Nadia at check in was extremely helpful giving us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and securing an upgrade to a jr. suite.
Large, comfortable rooms with big screen TVs. Great bathroom with a large walk-in shower and even real soap bars. A novelty these days.
AC worked great. In all, a lovely stay with no downside.

Nice hotel, not enough staff, the sole registration clerk had to answer phones while we were in front of her. $3 for a tea bag is just an outrage, as well as a fee for internet access. Well located, but Buffalo is small.
The common areas of the hotel are worn.
