This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren. Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast service was good with a lot of options. The location was good right in the heart of downtown.

Staff were overall friendly however there were multiple gaps in service. Check-in took very long as the front desk seemed to be pre-occupied with other things. The sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable, so we requested a cot which the front desk said they would provide. We didn't recieve the cot and when we went to ask the front again it was a different person who told us that same thing; that they would put the request in. We never got the cot and one person was always sleeping uncomfortably every night. They apparently also had a lack of towels. The room keycards were repeatedly malfunctioning and we had to go through multiple cards throughout our stay. Housekeeping is supposed to be requested at the front everyday if you want your room cleaned, however we weren't informed of this during check-in (again, front desk seemed pre-occupied) and assumed the rooms would be cleaned if we did not put the 'do not disturb' sign on our door. Most hotels we stay at automatically clean the rooms, if they don't then we were at least informed. We expected better service for the price that we payed for our stay.
