They have good staff and clean rooms. The building might seem old or historical but it is a good place to stay. A couple of things I would change are the drink vending machine to the 1st floor. And for them to provide flyers to know places to eat or order from and to have a pool or a fitness room.

Staff was really nice. Bldg is very old but clean and nostalgic.

It’s an old building but the room was very good and had all mod cons.

I stayed at Lenox overnight for a wedding. I will not lie, it wasn't my first choice; I was trying to get closer to the wedding venue, but it turned out this was the best choice. It is nestled on a quiet, green street, and mere two blocks away from downtown nightlife. when the wedding was over and we celebrated around Allen Street, we easily picked up pizza around the corner and stumbled back to the hotel with ease and feeling safe. The room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that the window unit AC was a little bit loud, but that is a small price to pay to stay in a hotel with the beauty of a 100+ year old hotel with art deco accents.
