Most folks are the front desk were very nice. The room was spacious. It had good air conditioning.
When I checked in, they automatically charged me $100 and didn’t explain why they were doing this or when it would be refunded. I only got answers to those questions at check out. And it’s honestly annoying that it takes almost a week for the refund to kick in.
Also, location wise, the hotel’s restaurant has pretty limited options for dinner (especially if you’re a vegetarian).

The property was well located in the heart of Downtown Buffalo and in 5 minutes walking distance towards City Centre. The hotel was less than half an hour from Niagara Falls. The staff were excellent.
The breakfast did not have too many options.

Location was great
The air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it made it miserable. They said they were sending an engineer up twice and that never happened. They did offer after we complained a second time to move our room but many of our friends were having the same issue in theirs.
