I called and made sure there would be late night food options as I was on an 1100 mile trip with 2 dogs. Requested 2 turkey sand at 11:30 pm uoon arrival. Was told it would take 1.5 hours but still I agreed. Called 45 min later to tell me they ran out of food- i called back and asked if they had anything- i ordered what they said they had available abd even flatbread and fries arrived an hour later. It was inedible, really. No apology, no discount - the staff there varies greatly in customer service. I have stayed there 8 times a year for 10 years on my way to Vermont. This hotel can cost $615 nightly when busy. I can get better customer service at a much cheaper place. Bye bye Marriott. How hard would it have been to refund $58. Never asked for one in the oast- geez
