Very nice room! Exactly what we needed. We weren't there except to sleep. The bed was comfy.
The first night the shower didn't work, but that was fixed in the morning when we told the front desk. Stairs were a bit steep, but not an issue for such a pretty room

The staff were welcoming, check in quick and easy. Short walk to overground railroad and subway. Room was small, but just what you need when you are out all day in NY.
It wasn't too much of an issue as other guests were relatively quiet, but the walls are very thin and you can hear others talking. The biggest issue for us was the location in terms of safety. A lot of drugs and crime in the area. We walked back from the subway one night and felt unsafe. Other times we needed to get back to the hotel, we hailed a cab or booked an uber.
