Great location, great staff, good communication.
Walk up with no floor selection. Freezer but no fridge. Oven but no pots or pans. Sub par microwave with broken handle. No t.v. just WiFi.

L’emplacement était très bien situé et dans une des plus belles rues de Harlem. La rue était assez calme pour se reposer et dormir. Maria nous a très bien accueillie !
Les équipements qui étaient très peu nombreux pour manger à l’appartement. Il n’y avait qu’un micro onde pour cuisiner. Il manquait également un lavabo dans la salle de bain. Nous nous brossions les dents dans l’évier de cuisine.

Maria was an immense help and made my stay pleasant.
No mirrors in bathroom/shower. Shower slow to get warm. Creaky stairs.

It was in an okay neighbourhood. Kitchen has made the difference.
The heater was making hissing sounds at the middle of the night. The Fridge was also making sounds. The toilet was too small. It was really hard for me to fit in it for doing my business. I am 6 feet and my knees were touching the wall while sitting. The hot water was not working. The water was lukewarm.
