The location was quite good. The owner provided adequate resources for us to take a bath and also provided umbrellas for the weather. The kitchen has good cooking resources, although we didn't use them. The owner took care of all the cleaning part, which was very happy, unlike AirBnB, where they charge money for cleaning and still charge us if we don't do basic cleaning.
The AC wasn't functional. We were sweating in all our rooms at one point while sleeping. Only the living room is functional as the temperature was set to 60 degrees. The washroom didn't have an exhaust. The bathtub wasn't draining properly. It was pretty slow.

El Departamento en sí está en buenas condiciones. En la calle hay zonas de estacionamiento en la calle, pagando la tarifa. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena. Aunque demoraron un poco en entregarnos el Departamento porque requería de limpieza adicional después del último ocupante, sin embargo la limpiadora nos lo explicó con amabilidad y no tuvimos problemas en esperar y volver más tarde.
La zona es de mucha gente sin hogar en las veredas, y mucha basura en el entorno, lo que para algunos podría parecer peligroso, no obstante, nosotros no hemos tenido problemas. El acceso al Departamento es un poco dificultoso, porque está en un segundo piso con escaleras angostas, sin ascensor.
