Poor value for the condition of this hotel. Outdated and very small room. In need of updates. Charges for parking. Price was high, but in line with others in the area due to time of year I assume.

Was OK but not sure I would stay there again

Breakfast was good and room was clean and OK

We were put in a room near famlies, and they were constantly going in and out of the doors at crazy hours. Someone was opening and closing doors at 1:30 in the morning, was rediculous. If I stay there again I would ask to be put in a room by business people.

Quiet and convenient to location I needed to go

Morning staff is rude. I have been staying at this location for over 3yrs, and the front desk staff is just getting worse and worse. The food is also getting worse and it's the same thing every weekend. Waffles are hard as rocks....

Great breakfast

The breakfast was great, they had miso soup and white rice along side the standard eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, cereal and breads you find in hotel breakfasts. They had several different milk, non dairy and juice options as well as fruit infused water. It was one of the better breakfasts I've had at a hotel. There was lots of parking, the location was great. There are many stores and restaurants conveniently around. The room was spacious. The kitchen was very nice, it had a full size fridge. My family loved the balcony it had a great view of the pool.

The tv remote had some kind of brown gunk on the buttons. We did not use the tv. The bathroom has bad lighting. It was dim and dark. There was rust on the edges of the tub. We encountered spiders in the elevator and found a tiny spider on our bed.

The Bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave it. The room was comfortable.

The Breakfast that was included was great - loved the fresh eggs and ham and variety of choices. The bed was super comfortable and we got restful sleep! Our stay did not disappoint. Thank you

i did not like that i had to pay $3 out of my pocket for a bottle of water. there should have been 2 waters in the fridge as a courtesy. We could not leave the sliding door open due to loud planes overhead in the area. The bathroom floor had several long black hairs that were missed in the cleaning because it was definitely not ours. otherwise the room cleanliness was good.

The staff was amazing!

The main reason I chose this hotel is because I had used this hotel before for work abou a year ago, and their breakfast was amazing. For this visit I was a little disappointed. The fees were the same maybe even a little higher and the breakfast was not as awesome as before.

The staff at the front desk was great. I had a problem with my card, and they helped work it out with me. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and keep the food full for all vistors.

didnt have anything in the room to bake dinner in the oven. That would have been nice for better options for us to cook dinner

I would do it again.

I was not disappointed at all. It was a very clean place the room was roomy. There was a kitchen a microwave, a full refrigerator dishes and utensils cups and plates. A little table. breakfast was ok. A waffle maker would be better than the pancakes. I was in walking distance of a few restaurants and I was close to almost every thing. I would stay there again.

That my sink was a little clogged. That's it.
