Location is convenient for my needs. Looks nice from the outside, but a different story inside.

The facilities are not well kept. The animal urine smell is strong. The rooms are not well maintained and well below expectations. You should have enough accessories as well as breakfast for 100% occupancy. I struggle to believe nearby companies would want to put their traveling employees in this hotel.

Terrible

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. I booked a room while I was in town with my partner for a work conference. We booked a room and arrived at about 11:30 pm. When we arrived, the lobby was locked, and no employee was on shift. We waited for about an hour. Mean while, two other couples were waiting to get checked in as well. As we were waiting, there were definitely a handful of shady looking characters hanging out in the lobby and going in and out. I tried calling multiple times, but neither the corporate customer or booking.com could reach them as well. After waiting over an hour, I tried to get a room in one of the neighboring hotels and all of which were booked. When I looked further into the Google reviews at this location, there are roaches, mold, and the facility is filthy. It sounds like they may have renovated some of the rooms on floor 3, but otherwise this place is a straight up dump. I still have not been refunded for the room, even though I was not able to check in or stay on the room.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom was not truly handicapped friendly. I mad an assumption that wheelchair assessable means that the bathroom had a step in shower. I had a huge bathroom with a tub/shower with bars. I could not use the shower because I can’t lift my legs over the bathtub. The entrance to the facility did not have automatic doors. Very hard to open the doors and to keep them open. I probe won’t book there in the futureuntil they bring it up to ADA code.

The staff was nice

Well, my door lock didn’t lock very well I had to force the door up to lock the deadbolt. 2nd.. my room was infested with roaches, and since I arrived on a Friday and left on a Sunday I saw them crawling around spread out so just killed a couple until the morning we left then saw a lot more! I paid 375.00 for 2 nights, even one night with bugs is not good. Asked for a manager to be notified, not a very comfortable stay for sure!!!

Location was close to my family

Understaffed , took about 15-20 mins to check in and secondly the keys did not work to get into room had to wait to get the keys reprogrammed, as soon as we got into the room the smell was horrible smelled like dirty feet and wet dog inside side the room. The smell was so bad we left immediately to buy some air fresheners which did not help at all . The smell was so bad we had sleep with blankets over our heads it was horrible for myself and my children

The woman at the front desk asked me if I was sure I wanted to check in, as the guest's complaint was accurate. She insisted that I trust her because she was being honest and not lying. I appreciated her honesty, but it made me feel awkward. I've never encountered something like this, especially while checking into a place where I was supposed to stay. I didn't feel safe either. Long story short, we didn't check in due to her and I hope to get my well-deserved refund.

The location was close to a destination spot. I can't say anything else nice.

There was NEVER anyone available at the front desk. The cards only worked 50% of the time and I'm disabled. I informed the front, and they were already aware. They recommended to just put a rock in the door on my way out. What a joke! I tried that and of course someone else went out and I was locked out again. The room was filthy, yes, I took photos. I plan on filing a complaint with corporate, the experience was so bad. One staff member "Tyler," promised to bring kitchen supplies, but never did. When we called back, he said we were supposed to come get it. There are flyers in every room stating that they bring it to you. I would never recommend this place. The grab n' go breakfast is coffee, muffins and oatmeal. You don't even get fruit.

I filed a claim due to my not staying at the site after finding waste in the toilet, and the refrigerator was filthy. I talked with the site desk manager and received a $0.00 balance receipt with a check-in/ check-out date of 12/30. The room was disgusting.
