Room is outdated, no body lotion, room was not prepared properly, we have to made up the bed on first night. 2nd night was fine with the room prepared properly. Worst Courtyard ever stayed in. Room feel extremely outdated, cold and unwelcoming…

Everything from friendliest customer service to comfort of room and bed. Loved our stay and will at this location again!! So many places to eat and shop in close distance. Bed was super comfortable.

Location room nice slept well

Counter tip in our room had food stains it wasn’t wiped. The sink could have been cleaned a little better around the drain. Our iron had burnt stuff all over it. We were able to request for another one that worked just fine. When I went to the fitness center this morning, I wanted to get a pool towel to put down on the exercise mat but there weren’t any available

Overall we are very unhappy with the electrical system. Everything else is OK.

I like the location of the hotel because it is near the Vietnamese food court. and it is quiet, the reception staff is friendly. the pool is also clean.

The minus point for this place is the dark room. And they installed a system of lights in the bathroom that automatically turns off. Making the room pitch black and very uncomfortable. Another problem is that the air conditioner also turns on and off automatically. It runs for 2 minutes and then turns off for 1 minute. They want to set it up like that so as not to waste electricity. But this is the very reason that makes customers think about whether to come back or not?

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful on responding to messages.

I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 6 am. One of our rooms we had to call the front desk to get the shower to work, because the handle wasn't working properly.

I recovered a room fit for handicap it was extremely not convenient.

The price versus the quality of the room. I discovered that the Marriott chain does not recognize reservations and stays through Booking to my Marriott account - I will need to figure my way forward

Sucked

Asked for a quiet room and upon arrival, I found a dirty wet towel hanging in the bathroom. The towel was removed by the cleaning crew and they moved to to another room. SMH… the ac/heating unit was loud, sofa had stains, neighbors staring speaking loudly at 3am and continued on for at least an 1 1/2. The bathroom door was spring operated and does not stay open, I felt trapped and it constantly sounded like someone was trying to get in my room. Oh did I forget to mention that a man was caught rambling through my guest car and was busting doing so. I will never and would not recommend this facility. Staff was kind, that’s about it!!!! Big disappointment!!!!

We stayed just 2 nights as a stopover on way to San Diego. Perfectly nice, clean hotel. We booked a larger room with separate seating area with sofa, tv, small fridge, sink, coffee maker. It worked well for us.

A lot of noise, you could hear almost anyone standing outside. The walls are so thin. Our toilet in the bathroom would stop flushing and we would have to call for maintenance more than once! Bathroom was pretty dirty as well..

Great room, super clean, love the amenities. My rooms were next to each other as we had requested and we truly appreciated that. Free bottled water at the front desk.

The staff was great except for the manager. There was an issue with my reservation because I booked 2 rooms with my last name and the other one with my sister's last name (we do not have the same last name anymore). The front desk clerk was very friendly and was trying to find the 3rd room but he gave up and called the manager. She immediately came with an attitude of "it shows 2 rooms so you only get 2 rooms." The rooms were already paid so we insisted there were 3 rooms under my reservation. She was able to find it but didn't apologize she just handed the ball back to the front desk guy and left.
