Convenient location on the beach. Friendly staff at the front desk. Comfortable space for a family of four.

Great location on the beach. Comfortable space for a family of four. Big walking closet to store all clothes and suitcases. Smart TV. Air conditioning worked great. Kitchen was fully equipped.

The bathroom had a foul odor. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper available. It was hard to use the dishwasher and only one pod was available.

I quit using booking.com because of this experience. Booking.com did a poor job of handling the prob

I liked nothing. There was nothing good at all about this experience.

The owner didn't communicate and could not be reached; the phone was disconnected. I never got the keys. The owner later said that it happened because it was a last-minute booking. It had been booked about 5 hours earlier The booking was automatically accepted. There is no valid excuse for a rental that is accepted, automatically or not, that the renter is unable to obtain the keys.

The fact that you had to pay for a tag once you were there to get around in the building and you had to pay for something for a tag to park and you had to paid even park your car.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! WORSE PLACE TO STAY.

The location was the only good thing. It was on a beach and had a nice pool.

Majority of the staff are rude or do not speak English. Its ridiculous to pay what you do for renting an apartment and then you have to pay them to park on site, then pay for fobs to get into pool and building. There was absolutely no hot water, co cold shower and not sure how they expect you to wash dishes. Lots of things broken to include one of the chairs in living room. We had a horrible experience. Also if you get there after 5 pm you will have no access till next day after 9 am.

The room need little update. In the toilet room, sink is missing a plug. Very first day we had water liking in the kitchen under sink. They fixed after like 3 hours, but we had to wait at room. There are more details what need to be fix, which is making yore life uncomfortable.

It would have been a perfect stay if the owner could at least provide a very clean unit.

Excellent prime location and very close to the beach which located at the back of the building. The security of the building was very strict to the people who were going in and out of the building. The staff were courteous.

The unit we stayed needs updating. It was kind of old and not well maintained. The dust were accumulating on every corner of the rooms. There were trash surrounding the porch. The kitchen wares were incomplete. Two toasters were not working.
