Great location but very disappointing inside the apartment.
Location was amazing. It’s obvious that you’re paying for location. The apartment was spacious. The building is well managed.
The apartment is very “tired”. It was surface cleaned but needs a deep clean. The kitchen cupboards had a musty smell. All the cupboards were peeling. The curtains need replacing. The lock on the sliding door needs to be fixed. The blind in the ensuite was disgustingly dirty and needs replacing. You couldn’t plug the kitchen sink to do dishes. You couldn’t open the dishwasher door all the way so it was hard to put dishes in the bottom rack. The couch and futon were uncomfortable and dirty. We had to put blankets on them to use them. There were no cleaning supplies left in the apartment. There were 2 dishwasher pods for a 12 night stay. For the amount of money we paid I expected something nicer.

The apartment was comfortable.
We arrive after 9:00 PM and the person to orientate about the facilities was the valet parking staff. they charge $20.00 (3 devices) for each electronic device to use to enter the facility and an additional $20.00 deposit for another device to access the parking, besided the $35.00 for the parking facilities. I did not get back my $20.00 deposit fee because I left at 5:30 am.The office was close and the person at the valet parking did not know about the deposit refund.

Poor
Location is great. Beach and Pool area really nice. Apartment is spacious and ok clean, but that’s it.
Really old. ALL the furniture is really cheap and worn out, broken and coming apart, except maybe the dining area which was ok. Kitchen is old, appliances rusted and old. Couldn’t even keep coffee maker on as switch was broken. Most sockets are broken also. Stained ceilings, dirty corners, dirty lamps. Stained linens and towels. Not even a hand towel in the bathroom! Definitely not worth almost two hundred a night. Building is a nightmare. You have to pay extra for parking, for a tag for you car and even for a fob to access the Building. That’s was an extra 75. Not staying here again.
