We were very disappointed by our stay as we were hoping for a relaxing vacation.

The property has two bedrooms and two washrooms. It has a large living/dining room area. It also has a kitchen and a balcony. The closets are spacious.

The host should not have listed this property. It is under intense construction. The balconies are being repaired and there is constant drilling and noise inside the apartment, in the hallways, and even at the pool. The curtains were removed and the balcony is sealed. The "ocean view" we paid for was not accessible. There was no privacy as the workers worked on the balcony or they travelled up an down from one floor to another. This was not a pleasant stay with the constant drilling/hammering starting at 8:30 am each morning and lasting until late afternoon.

It was just okay for our two night stay. Would not have stayed if we were booked there longer than that.

The location was good and the access to the beach was perfect.

However, we were not made aware that there was construction going on at the building and we had no access to our balcony which was one of the main amenities that we booked this property for.

Interior facilities, furniture, old and worn. The water pressure in the bathroom is weak. Shower leakage and damage. The facilities are old because they are old apartments.

wonderful winter break stay

Stayed for 5 night and loved the location right on the beach. Close to Walmart for grocery necessity. the unit is spacious and was clean. the pool and building facilities were great. we would definitely stay here again

Stunning sunrise!

Room size is really food, comfy beds and clean beding, many kitchrlen utensils, few basic food supplies like sugar,salt,tea and coffee, beach equipment. Stunning balcony view and location directly on the beach. Very close to the shops. Building noise protection was also fine.

To get 10 stars review there is a space for few improvements: Cleaning - details in kitchen and bathroom. Small refurbishing would be great - blinds in living rooms, kitchen cabinets, more storage to livingroom and few more textiles like blids would make the apartment more cosy.

The place was very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the view. We stayed here for two nights before a cruise that left from Miami so was nice to only be around 30 minutes away and not have to pay the prices of Miami. The building staff and valet staff were very nice and friendly.

The AC did not work that well in one of the rooms, so it was warm. The beds could be replaced as the mattresses were pretty stiff. We did not like the extra fees, but were advised of them before-hand. It rained the whole time so having to buy a keyfob for beach access was worthless to us.

Awesome

The condo is beautiful, has a great location, can see the beach and the city. Betty was more than accommodating, always available to answer questions (very quickly) responded. It is a very beautiful city with many things to do, access transportation easily, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend and be back again!

Great location, but with a cost

The place is, on my opinion in one of the most incredible locations, right by the beach, near malls, near good food and by the coast. What else would you want?

Unfortunately, it was infested with cockroaches, seems like the bends are old for the whole building and at least we were killing 3-4 each day/night. Which sucks cause it could have been a 5 stars place.

So we checked in with condo front desk, bought our fob for services and the host texted us the code and instructions prior to our stay. Unfortunately, a tropical depression had hit that day and we checked in prior to 3 but fortunately, the cleaning staff was done and just dropped off towels, so it worked out.

there wasn't anything I didn't like. the condo met our needs for what we needed. We had flew in to board a cruise ship on Sunday, so we toured Miami and walked the beach after the Tropical Depression had moved through. We made the best of the situation. No issues with the condo and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful unit and a gorgeous ocean view.

Our overall stay was amazing! The apartment is so spacious, and very private. When soundproof is mentioned in the description, I never heard neighboring units or any noise. The kitchen had all of your cooking needs to make meals. The apartment was stocked with all of your beach and pool needs from chairs to boogie boards to towels. Betty met us as we arrived and was so informative. Prior to arriving she was able to answer random questions I had. Close enough to the Boardwalk but far away to go back and relax. Beachfront was perfect, short walk. I would definitely come back. The complex and staff were very kid friendly. At night, there is a TV in each room and living room giving so much space to spread out and put on any show. There is an additional charge once arrived ($30 - card only, no cash) to receive a key fob that got you in and out of the pool and beach. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

My grandchildren and I stayed for 14 days. The view from the belcony was beautiful. Just a short walk to ocean. Beach was sandy and perfect for building sand castles. Room was very nice, clean, beds comfortable, lots of extra bedding and pillows. Full kitchen. Grocery store within walking distance. Valet service was amazing. Always felt safe. Lots of things to do in Hollywood. Take the water taxi it is fun trip up and down the canels. Thanks for a great trip.

There is a garbage shoot on each floor. It was located in the laundry room. Smelled very bad. Did not effect the room we stayed in just the laundry room.

the apartment has a lot of space and a partial view to the beach towards which it has a walking access. also it was at walking distance from the Diplomat where we attended a conference. Betty was very attentive and helpful beyond our expectations. would definitely come back.
