Location was great. Enjoy easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Receptionist was not familiar with check in process. Could not find our reservation. There was a long wait to get check in.

The view was everything. The price point was great. TV in both bedrooms. Beautiful decor.

The second bedroom was small. Due to early flight had to forfeit the deposit on key pad $40. Only one full bath.

The beach and pool area were beautiful. It was nice that the condo is on the ocean. It fit 6 people for a good price. The market was nice. It was a very well secured/safe. The beach toys/chairs/umbrella/beach towels were a great addition.

It wasn’t the cleanest. There was dust everywhere. the door slats, closets and baseboards were covered. The shower water was lukewarm at best, some days it was just cold. The coffee maker was broken and did not work. All of the extra fees were kind of obnoxious, parking was $75 for the week and then $90 for the key fobs that are required to get into every door and to the beach. We got locked in/out multiple times from the excessive need for the fobs. There were a lot of rules (no barefoot, can’t wear swimsuit to walk through/must be covered, you had to take a different elevator if you had a bag with you. The people above us were very loud stomping until about midnight each night. The condo was a little too far south to be within walking distance of restaurants and the boardwalk.
