Large master bedroom has floor to ceiling window with direct ocean views, in suite bathroom and dressing area. 2nd bedroom has a large walk in closet. Guest bathroom with modern fixtures and shower. This large apartment has about 1500 square feet of living space plus a good sized balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Great for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents beach club (charges for lounges apply), pool and the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by the Sian Condominium. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean, or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

I have stayed at many VRBO’s, this has to be the cleanest we’ve stayed at so far.

Great building located close to shopping and right next to the beach. Unfortunately they were working on the outside of the building so we had no use of the balcony during our stay. Hopefully they'll finish that quickly. Nice free game room and fitness center that we used multiple times.

The condo was excellent as well as locationDidn’t have view as plastic was over window and balcony closed. The owner and management was great as they were more than fair in communicating with us and compensation They treat us just how I would of handled the situation and that all I can ask for
