The location and size of the appartement, great deal for the price

we found two cockroaches, one in each bedroom. the appartment could need updates, some things broken I definitly did not appreciate the owner accusing us of breaking her AC (we just turned it off) and asking directly for a huge amount. Booking sent me a message to tell me not to pay anything.

Location

The property is worn down , unclean and smelled musty. There was a hole in the shower , the handle on the patio door is broken. The master bathtub was dirty old and needs to be replaced.

great appartement with amazing view, great communication with owner very comfy beds, we were group of six and was place enough for everyone

there’s a fob fee-30$ for 2 adults, it should be said before that there are extra fees. laundry mashines are also payable.

Great location by the beach

There’s a $30us fee per key. We were charged $60 for two keys and were not aware of this extra charge. The only other negative comment is the patio door that doesn’t slide properly (hard to open and close). The rest of the apartment is excellent.

הדירה עצמה מאוד יפה. מעוצבת, גדולה, נוחה, מרוהטת ומאובזרת באופן מלא. המיקום טוב. על החוף. יש בריכה .

לא מוסרים את כל המידע המדוייק מראש. דבר ראשון מדובר בבניין דירות. כשכל דירה נמצאת בבעלות של מישהו אחר. אין משמעות לקבלה. הם לא נותנים שירות ולא אחראים למה שנמסר לנו על ידי בעל הדירה. בעל הדירה בכלל לא נמצא בארהב, אלא בארגנטינה. אנחנו לא הצלחנו להשיג אותו טלפונית בכלל. והוא ענה למיילים לפעמים. כך שאין באמת כתובת לשירות מיידי. למרות שהכניסה לדירה היא בקוד , חייבים לקבל מפתח/כפתור , שמאפשר גישה לשטחים הציבוריים, כגון בריכה וחוף הים. והמפתח הזה עולה 30 דולר (לא ידענו על זה מראש). אין אפשרות לקחת את החדר בלי המפתח/הכפתור הזה. בנוסף, באתר כתוב שהחניה עולה 10 דולר ליום, אבל בפועל הם גובים 15 דולר ליום. ומשלמים הכל מראש. אין אנשים שעוזרים עם המזוודות, רק מחנים את הרכב עבורך. וכמו שאחרים כתבו, הבניין בשיפוצים. אין אפשרות לצאת למרפסת, או לפתוח חלונות בדירה. ובניגוד למה שהם אומרים, לא נראה שזה יקח רק "עוד כמה ימים". נראה הרבה יותר רציני וימשך יותר זמן.

Lindo departamento

La propiedad fue muy cómoda, la cocina bien equipada, el estacionamiento cómodo y tenías la opción si querías usar o no el valet parking.

Mi sugerencia sería que actualicen las sillas para la playa, había dos que eran muy pesadas y otras dos tipo de pesca. Hay sillas más cómodas y livianas.
