Condo is located in Sian Oceanfront Condos, steps to the beach!! We are within reach of the famous Hollywood Broadwalk. The spacious Condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths sleeps 6 (including 4 adults). It is fully furnished and offers all the houseware you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen.
Resort style living with heated pool and beach access. Amenities include business center, pool table, fitness center, 24 hour valet parking and concierge.
Restaurants, Coffee shops & shopping within walking distance.
High-end shopping at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall - 15 minutes drive

We stayed 3 nights and were super impressed! Check-in and checkout were very easy. The host responded to messages quickly. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean! If we needed supplies, Walmart and a gas station were within walking distance. Easy access to the beach and pool! I would highly recommend this VRBO, and I would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

Mylene, our host, did everything within her power to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. She always responded promptly to my inquiries. The unit is lovely and the location can’t be beat. I would definitely stay there again.

Our host was excellent! Very accommodating, very attentive without being pushy. Her responses to our questions were EXTREMELY timely, and the condo was itself very beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for such a great time!

It’s a very elegant building. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Very well equipped. The host was very attentive. Would definitely go back.
