The proximity to the beach was great, but the elevators in this place are small and slow. Definitely not designed for the amount of people traveling through. The pool is okay, but gets shady but noon. The beach is great.

Comfortable unit in a great location on the beach.

Great location, right on Hallendale beach. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants and WalMart. The beach is great. The pool only gets sun in the morning so go out there early then switch to the beach. The valet guys want cash for parking and you need cash for key fobs. All the basics are there with a few exceptions but that’s normal. Bring shower gel. The unit is nice, beds (1 king/2 queens) are comfortable. TV and wifi are good. Owner was very responsive. We would rent again.

The building is a bit dated. The shade in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced or repaired as it lets the sun in in the morning.

The property had everything you needed and it was in a great location for restaurants ,the beach was beautiful but it was cold so we couldn’t get in, but the kids enjoyed the pool and we had a great time and the owners was available to any questions that I had

The apartment was very nice. Beds were comfortable. You got an ocean view and it had a small balcony.

The booking page for this did not tell you the name of the apartments and it gave me problems initially trying to confirm my booking. Didnt like having to meet the owner in the lobby for the keys and having to pay $20 or $30 for a key fob (non refundable) that probably costs them $3 to replace. This was the rule of the apartments not the owner. I also wasnt aware of the cash deposit prior to booking and that you had to get an inspection before getting it back. It interrupted my vacation to do that and was awkward to say the least. They also didnt provide extra toilet paper or paper towels and no cleaning supplies except for dish soap. The property owner said she would make sure and fix that now that she was in town permanently.

Location was good. Right on the beach and about 40 mins to Miami. Condo was clean and spacious

The owners of the condo who live out of country are extremely difficult to communicate with. They told me it wouldn’t be a problem to check in close to midnight but yet the property manager didn’t even know we were coming as the owner didn’t provide our information. Had I not followed up a couple days prior to get check in instructions we may very well have arrived late w out being able to get in. The condo is beautiful and clearly the owners took time to decorate affluently; however they then go “cheap” by not providing any paper items (one roll of TP, no paper towels or napkins). This small thing creates a negative vibe of not being welcomed customers. The property manager Liliana is a delight. The owners are lucky to have her looking out for their property.

Was there breakfast???? Not aware if it was. 2bedriom condo was nice clean and comfy beds. Like the Ride Circuit trolleys. Convenient and cheap cost.

Better explanation about what room included and laundry instructions. We didn’t have a CSC Card for laundry room. Had to buy wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels. soap and extra towels. (Many condos come equipped than this one.)Not aware of this before arrival. An email or text prior would have been great as reminder of this. Also was not aware whether or not we could have had a beach front condo. That would have been very nice and would have made stay better. And Beach was dirty.

The ocean view was so nice! Everything was in good condition and clean, the unit is spectacular. We had to use valet parking and it was a breeze, everyone was super helpful. Will definitely consider for future vacations!

Awesome property!

Property was beautiful! Host was great and checked us in and out on time. We were able to check our bags in early with the valet for $20. The apartment had 4 beach chairs and various sand toys for children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need. All of the beds and pillows were super comfortable. 7-11 is right across the street for on-the-go food, coffee and toiletries. Great rooftop breakfast next door at Hyde Hotel. Key Fobs were $30 a piece and require two if you have 4 or more in your party. Parking is $10 a day. Would book again!

Sometimes elevators are slow or packed and you have to wait.

In primul rand mi-a stricat sejurul pentru ca , pinul trimis nu a fost bun si nu am putut intra in apartament in prima noapte si a trebuit sa umblu noapte prin Hollywood sa gasesc hotel.Nu am avut lua legatura nici cu Booking nici cu proprietarul iar cei de la receptie nu au vrut sa ne ajute sa intram in apartament chiar daca noi am platit.Doresc despagubire pentru prima noapte plus decontarea celor 3 camere de hotel unde am dormit prima noapte .

Balcon face à un stationnement à étage. On voit très peu la mer (juste sur un coin du balcon). Table sur le balcon et 2 chaises très âgées. Le building en général manque un peu d’amour. Un peu loin des restaurants à pied. Ça prend une voiture.
