Misleading extra fees that were not clearly disclosed before booking

After arrival, I was required to pay an additional USD 60 for building access keys/magnets. Without paying this fee, i was impossible to enter or use the apartment I had already paid for. This cost was not included in the total booking price and was only vaguely mentioned in the fine print as a “resort fee,” without clearly stating that it is mandatory for basic access to the unit. This is misleading and not acceptable. I am requesting your assistance in reviewing this listing and helping resolve this matter, including a refund of the undisclosed mandatory fee.

Pool and beach right downstairs.

Apartment itself was old. Toilet seat was broken, 1 shower door was broken did not slide over, silverware pots pan coffee pot tea kettle all old and rusted. No broom or vacuum to be able to clean up a bit. Office closes at 5:00, came after that and took over an hour to get in touch with person for door code, even though I responded to email that was sent asking for time of arrival and didn’t receive email back. Very un organized at checking in

Place has no amenities. One Ceiling fan falling out of the ceiling with only one barely moving speed. Two pans one pot. Broken microwave , bed, fridge, etc. Air conditioning that barely worked. Staff was super rude and barely spoke English at times . Check in is a disaster . Going between two buildings and into a tiny office for check in, it felt like beetlejuice in the waiting room. Location is great tho walk right up to the beach. Pool and gym is nice. That’s it. I’d stay again for less than half the price . Imo far from worth it. Get an Airbnb with a pool . Park at Hollywood and go to the beach

Lovely location, but they need a more thorough cleaning protocol.

The location was great. The unit I stayed in was roomy and nicely decorated.

The lobby staff could have been more welcoming. The sofa was badly stained and the extra blanket smelled like a previous guest had a pet. The whole time I was there, my allergies bothered me badly as a result. I had to buy febreeze to help with the smell. The dishwasher needs to be replaced.

The pool and the beach access was really good.

I was assigned to a different unit with less beds. The a/c in this unit was broken and the staff in charge of the guests from online booking said they had nothing to with it.

Old cliché - You get what you paid for.

The location is near to everything you might need - eateries and stores. Driving to those locations would probably be safer. It’s a very busy intersection to cross. The staff were friendly and accommodating

The condo was cleaned but there were areas that needed more cleaning. The condo main bathroom needs updating and the kitchen had old dirty appliances that should had been removed.

Close to the beach It was clean Big spaces Beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas are useful

Some appliances were not working Missing some electrical plugs or were inaccessible so it was hard to charge devices (many that currently we all have)

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was nicely decorated and had everything needed to stay a few days by the beach. The pool was very nice and the beach was at our doorstep. It had everything we were seeking. The apartment building management service was very helpful in guiding us and answering our questions. They helped us on many occasions.

The directions to be able to get into the apartment were not clear or helpful. The apartment owner should communicate promptly and clearly regarding how to get into the apartment before arrival. Also, the communication should be handled via Booking or text as opposed to email which can lead to delay and confusion. We had requested and paid for early check-in and not being able to get into the apartment for about 2 hours was not good.

My plane got in early { 11:00am}.. It would have been nice if they had a room to hold my luggage { like Hotels do} so I could go use the pool. I felt like my whole first day of vacation was wasted..

La ubicación y la atención del personal.

Nos alojamos en el Depto: N4S– Torre 3801. Había un inventario de elementos que no coincidía con los reales y no obstante ello, el encargado ( Cristian) nos manifestó que disfrutáramos de las vacaciones y que no nos hiciéramos problema. Nuestra preocupación era que nos reclamaran algo al momento de irnos , cosa que no ocurrió. El resto de la estadía sin problemas.

fue un engaño, no nos dieron el departamento que solicitamos, después el que nos dieron estaba extremadamente cochino, sucio, lleno de polvo, arena, pelos, los colchones incómodos, los caños malogrados, el internet pésimo. Y de los 3 ascensores, dos estaban malogrados constantemente. No había aire acondicionado en el lobby, el departamento con la cocina sucia y en mal estado. Tengo videos de todo para sustentar mi insatisfacción y queja. Porque fue una estafa.

Buena cercania a la playa y buen servicio del hotel, pero no muy contenta con el departamento.

La ubicacion y la atencion del personal de Tides, con piscina y playa facil de disfrutar

el departamento no estaba limpio al llegar, el piso tenia arena de playa, un edredon manchado y los platos de la cocina no estaban limpios. Ademas perdimos el vuelo del primer dia, pero no tuvimos ayudar en recuperar algo de esa noche por lo vuelo retrasado que ha tenido MIAMI por el huracan. Seria bueno que se cuente con cafetera que es lo que uno mas espera que tengan los departamento en alquiler temperal.

La ubicacion frente al Mar

El complejo tenia un parking cerrado, una de las piscinas no estaba climatizada. Respecto del departamento estaba en mal estado (ventanas sucias y rotas) el aire acondicionado no llegaba a las habitaciones, las reposeras rotas, la decoracion era fea, la vajilla solo lo justo. He ido varias veces a the tides pero este es el peor departamento que tome
