Great location and building is in good condition

The apartment is very worn out and had nothing really from an equipment perspective. Kitchen Utensils were poor. No laundry card. Cabinets in very bad condition

I liked the location and the fact that it is beachfront. The beach is unbelievably beautiful. The customer service was fantastic. Here is my many thanks to everyone that helped me. Christian is always answered my calls and he was a great help. Carla and Jackline from the office also were very nice and helpful. Robert the valet dept. always had a smile and was very pleasant as well. A million thanks to them. Rodolfo was very rude and not helpful at all.

The building is old and needs an update. The apartment also needs an update. The pool water was so cloudy that I didn't have the courage to get in .

I liked the location and the view.

It was not as organized as it could have been, it wasn't that clean, the laundry could be simpler, the employees are not welcoming, it felt like a dictated environment, the lobby and registration room looked unfurnished, small, with little help available, and the utensils supplied were cheap and old.

Management service is not good: bad & cheap towels, which could be used on beach, but not after shower. Some small things should be fixed - soap to wash hands should be real, not something mixed with water, garbage bags. Deposit $300 for property damaged should be taken on credit card, but not - cash!

Worse experience of my stay ever! Not worth that money!

Worse experience of my stay ever! The whole apartment had a mold smell, I coughed because of it and we have to keep balcony door and windows opened during all the stay. Manager rejected to change the unit for us but he said that we cannot use the AC if we keep doors open. Also, he said that he doesn’t feel the smell and it’s something in my head (so mean). Next day they gave us air fresheners (after I reached them again), but I can’t use any chemical stuff because of allergy. Apartment VERY old, sofas SO dirty, I can’t seat on them. The kitchen old and rusty, balcony table rusty, everything cracked. Impossible to open the window, we put the stick to keep them open. Dirt is everywhere, sheets are cheap and doesn’t look fresh. Manager counted the towels when you moving in. You have to pay fine if shower or toiled clogged, so we were scared during our stay. Shower doesn’t have a strainer, so its easy to make it clogged. Shower suddenly made a horrible noise and water stopped running, we didn’t have any water till the next day, but next morning everything was OK (pipes are old and it was an air in it or something). Iron had a Dominican plug, and we asked a manager to bring us another iron, which is happened after I remined him twice. EXTREMELY BAD communication. I texted our manager 1 day before our check out and nobody answered, he didn’t answer in the morning as well. Then I texted 2 manager, who gave me the number for 3 manager and he didn’t answer as well. So, I texted 3 managers all the morning and nobody picked up the phone but we suppose to leave soon and wanted our security deposit back. I think they have to communicate with us and explain the check-out procedure. Finally, one of them came and we had to be in a real rush to get to our flight on time. We were REALLY stressed out. You need a key to get into the building and pool and you have to buy it for 30$ each, which is have to be included into the price, without that key you cannot get into the building!

I would not recommend this place or return for a future stay.

The location is nice being right by the beach. But the beach was overcrowded with people coming from hotels across the street. We also liked the balcony and the view there but the chairs on the balcony were not very comfy.

My booking was canceled by the property before the free cancelation date and then the property refused to honor the original price and I had to pay $400 extra. Was charged $46 of international phone charges when trying to negotiate the price. Poor communication with property and with booking.com, I was often confused and the property didn't respond to many texts, very confusing three hour check in. The bed was very poor and sagging, pull-out couch very uncomfortable. We did not sleep well. The kitchen had old everything, coffee maker was ancient and the cabinets and drawers were falling apart Bathtub had no plug just a large hole and then a sign saying if something went down the drain you would be fined. Small signs all over the apartment warning that you would be fined if you didn't do a number of things.

There was very limited warm water to take a shower. There was less than 2 minutes of warm water. I contacted the representative who said they would contact the building maintenance. We did not get any feedback if anyone did anything to fix the issue. For our entire stay, it was unpleasant to take showers with cold water.

Would return without a doubt.

Owner/Management company reached out multiple times to check if I made it to my room safely and later the next day to see if all was good. 10000% comforting and better than any hotel that just hands you a key and never to checks on you until you check out. They responded quick by text on the one question I had concerning the wifi log in info. Pool was fantastic and the beach was steps away. Couldn't be better.
