Liked the balconies off both bedrooms; layout of unit is great with bedrooms separated by common living area; one primary suite, one twin-bed suite, Generous sized kitchen with ice maker - loved that! Noisy street traffic results in having to keep the sliding doors closed at night when it would have been lovely to listen to the sounds of the ocean. Liked the black out shades, and sitting out on the balconies --lots of seating provided and a table for eating too. Publix grocery store close by, loved the nice wide Broadwalk promenade for walking along the beach--restaurants and shops lining the walk (about a 5-10 drive north).

Took a while to check in - only one employee handling all guests arriving. You get a magnetic wristband to wear during your stay to get into the elevator, the unit, the gym, etc. When we arrived, the mag reader system was down, so it was required to have a security guard take us to our room - this unit is on the 20th floor - not exactly convenient. Issue resolved within 12 hous. 41 floor building, unit is on floor 20. We spent a long time waiting for elevators up and down 4 of them, one a freight elevator; no welcome binder in the unit pointing out places of interest and summary of amenities//operations of the resort (front desk did not provide anything as this is a rental unit they don't manage--had to ask questions a welcome binder would normally handle); unit didn't provide much in the way of kitchen towels, garbage bags, staples, spices --things you'd normally expect. Shower doors leaked; mattresses B-; no streaming service apps loaded onto to LR TV - watched shows and games on laptop. Gym, pools (one heated), 4-beach towels per day service, hot tub all lovely; some of the lounge chairs need replacing - on a nice day, they are all in use even the old ones that are well worn and saggy. Lastly, lighting in the unit overall is dim and insufficient - need lamps on either side of beds that work on switch if possible, DR light is useless. Factor in the $40/day resort fee and the $35 required valet fee to total cost. Not in listed price total. This review seems a bit nit picky, but for a facility as nice as this one, lots of unit details felt overlooked. Overall rating - a 7. Nice enough, but unlikely we'll return.

La empresa que renta el depto, sinceramente se comporto muy mal. Mucho mensajito de bienvenida y avisándome del checkout, ahora a mí llegada les escribí a través de la plataforma para informales que el microondas no tenía plato, por lo que no se podía usar, y nunca contestaron el mensaje.
