The apartment has two comfortable queen size beds and one sofa bed (queen) ready to comfortably accommodate 5 guests and child.
Full private access to the beach. Modern gym, climatized pool and Valet parking.
Five minutes drive to Hollywood's Broadwalk and Gulfstream Park.

The unit its located in the Tide complex 3901 building on the 8th floor and provides a large living and dining room.
The apartment has a large bedroom with two queen beds and walk-in closet, large living room with comfortable sofa-bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchen.
From the balcony, you can see the Atlantic Ocean and the beach.
High-speed internet and cable TV with a 60-inch-flat -screen smartTV in the living room and another flat TV in the bedroom. If you use your Netflix account, please remember to remove it when you leave.
The unit is NON-smoking, NO pets allowed under any circumstances.
Also provided: bath/beach towels, iron & board, extra covers & pillows, hair dryer, beach chairs and umbrella...

Great location for a stay in Hollywood. Easy to walk to grocery store and restaurants, a quick uber ride to the Broadwalk. The property was clean and modern, the view incredible and the unit had all that was required to cook during our stay.

We had an amazing time! The listing is as described and the check-in was easy. The host communicated well. Quick and easy uber to the Broadwalk. We would stay here again.

This place was clean except the balcony windows were smudged and had not been cleaned
The ocean view is really what sold me so the dirty windows were a disappointment
Other than that the condo was very clean
There was nothing at all extra or special about arriving
Some houses I have rented have a few bottle waters or a welcome note or a small amount of coffee and muffins. There was nothing like that to make this condo stand out
There were no dish towels in the kitchen
There was no shampoo or bath soap that should have been provided, so I had to go buy some
The hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty and there were no wash cloths
The check in was a disappointment
The host's property manager did not show up as we had agreed and sent someone else
We waited 30 minutes for her
It was about an hour process
We had to pay $30 for the FOB to gain access to the building and any of the amenities that were offered
The game room was not accessible for our 13 year old grandson when we wanted to use it. It was closed
The $100 parking for 3 nights was easy and convenient
The host was always responsive
The condo is clean and decorated nicely
It seems a fair price
There was just not anything special in the way of hospitality
The building staff were all very nice
But everything closes at 8pm
There was not any kind of cafe or small little convenience store to buy anything you may need or want in the building
All in all it was okay
Will not go back
