A Little Gem On Time For Your Next Getaway!!!
The building is directly on the beach and the condo is located on the 11th floor. It is a magnificent and spotless renovated condo, including a stunning freshly renovated porcelain floor, granite kitchen counters, brand new appliances, a new mattress, two TV, new furniture, a gorgeous balcony with a very special view directly on the beautiful city of Miami and the Inter coastal.
This includes:
-access to 2 very charming swimming pool, with a bar/coffee shop which provide drinks, meals and appetizers.
-access to the BEACH, spa, gym, restaurant and much more!!
-24 hours self parking available
- Free chairs, tables and umbrella at the pool
Please note that in addition to the daily rate, there is :
- a cleaning fee OF $170 to be paid preferably by Zelle upon departure .
- a magnetic pass (FOB) fee of $30 per 2 persons (allows you to use elevators and move around in the complex) and a parking fee if you need parking ($100/wk , $125 for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 and $175 for the month). FOB and parking are to be paid by credit card to the building administration.
Teens over 13 are considered adults for the purpose of this property. Additional adults (over 2) as well as kids are subject to an additional fee (please validate with the owner)
CHECK IN TIME IS 3PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM.

The host was amazing from start to finish, very communicative, very accommodating, and extremely helpful. The condo is extremely clean, which I love had everything we needed and we slept comfortably! If we are ever back in the area, we will stay here again!

Property was perfect. Clean, well organized, everything we needed for our two week vacation. The host was wonderful. He answered me with every question I had. I asked him if there was a slow cooker in the unit. He said that he did not. I told him I would buy one and leave it in the unit as we could not take it home on the plane with us. He insisted on purchasing one for us. This is the first time a host has ever done that. The others simply ignored me. We cook most of our meals in when we vac and the slow cooker comes in so handy. I cannot imagine a better host. The location is wonderful. Two minute walk to the ocean. Two beautiful pools in the Tides complex. Great gym. Wonderful employees at the complex. Go, you will love it

This is our second time staying here and we love everything about it! We absolutely will come back again! The location is perfect and the condo is just the right size! The amenities are perfect with washer and dryer on the same level as the condo.Thanks Again Max & Nathalie!
