A very nice stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was huge, and the cleanliness was good. The bed was quite comfortable with a nice range of pillow thicknesses. The hotel has a mini-shop with snacks and beverages by the front desk.Breakfast was okay.. The location is excellent, right next to I-75, yet the room was very quiet. A great stay, overall. Very reasonably priced. This was a leisure trip, but I would consider the hotel for business or a retreat because it has nice meeting room.

Details like clean mirrors and no streaks on countertops would be appreciated, as these make me think the cleaning rags were dirty, even if they weren't. The pool was closed, as the heater was broken, however, the property did text and email this fact ahead of time.. The hot breakfast (pre-made omelets, biscuits, sausage, potatoes) was a half-hour later than stated, (and yet not quite hot enough) but the coffee was ready.

Exceptional....except the Bed.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and modern, it had plenty of plugs fort all devices, internet was reliable. The breakfast was probably about the best we have ever had at a hotel.

Everything was great....except the bed. I felt every spring in the mattress; my husband and I were both exhausted after staying a couple of nights. The bed is a biggie, it's hard to function without a good night's sleep.

Cleanest place in town!

This had to be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. It smelled naturally clean, not like tons of chemical cleaners. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the season. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the workers were diligently keeping food stocked even though they were trying to feed multiple wrestling teams all at the same time. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is close to our venue for the wrestling invite we were in town for.

The coffee... but I'm VERY particular about it.

Nicest Country Inn and Suites I've ever experienced

The hotel was very clean and appeared to be recently totally updated, but when I asked the front desk clerk, she said they still had to replace the carpets in the halls and rooms, which surprised me -they looked new! (maybe she misunderstood me?).

This is our home away from home. Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Our daughter attends Tiffin University. This has become our home away from home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always good to my dog. Breakfast is really good for a hotel. Hotel is well kept.

Very nice hotel & breakfast area employee, Amy was outstanding! She greeted every customer with a good morning & smile. Always pleasant & went above & beyond to make everyone comfortable & welcome. GM is very good @ his job & desk staff were nice. Cleanliness is very important & they do it very WELL!

Would prefer to have a hot tub in pool area but ok without it. Nice gym & laundry room are a bonus. Very quiet considering Interstste 75 is nearby.

Best night of our 6 night traveling vacation.

Everything really! Beautiful suite room with a comfy bed. Breakfast that had everything from oatmeal to biscuits and gravy. And, it is pet friendly with a generous pet run. There is also a beautiful garden with a 1/10th mile paved walk for the humans to exercise. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t get to use it this time.
