Can’t get a receipt for my expenses. I have stayed here multiple times. Booking won’t give me a receipt. The hotel won’t give me a receipt so I am done with both.

Reservation was for two beds. room only had one small bed. The place is nasty and stinks. We left as soon as i got in the room.

Filthy. Feces left on toilet seat. Nasty wipes left at bottom of tub. Complained to front desk. Was supposed to receive a call from “owner” to be compensated and did NOT!

Wonderful stay but don’t be late checking out or you or your child may be cussed at.

Almost, until the very end, all the staff were very pleasant and super friendly. Also the receptionist was very helpful and super sweet, can’t remember her name but I want to say it started with an A and she wore glasses. She helped me find destinations I was looking for. Very helpful…

I was 7 mins late for check out. While I was checking out not only did a house keeper knock, directly after I close the door the phone in the room starts ringing. I tell them we’re taking the rest of our belongings out to our vehicle and I’d be right there to bring the keys. I immediately take my bag and go out to the vehicle to drop them off first so I didn’t have to carry them to the front office and as I’m walking to the office I see YET ANOTHER PERSON leaving my room. So I went up to ask my daughter what happened and she tells me that right after I walked to the vehicle, this lady comes up screaming at her, threatening her, and being really nasty. Turns out it was the manager. All this was within 10 mins from the first knock to the manager cussing at my child. Maybe if she had better communication with her employees she wouldn’t continually harass people and maybe she could fix her mouth better when she’s speaking to someone’s child.

I loved the handicap shower, and the fact that the room had a fridge and microwave. The TV was awesome!

The breakfast was skimpy... when I checked in, the guy at the front desk said there would be biscuits and gravy but there was only waffles and cereal and some muffins. The pillows were too soft. I wish the pool was open.

Staff was nice but the smoking room was horrific

I had no idea that this facility had a smoking and nonsmoking option. It was never stated in the listing and we ended up with a disgusting smoking room. Our clothes and everything ended up smelling awful. Obviously had we known this was an option we would have selected nonsmoking and the stay may have been much better. Also the pool is out of use

dissappointing, we had a leak in the vent above the toilet and had to change rooms

breakfast was not up to the one offered at the Red Roof Inn in either Macon nor Corbin..... initially when we checked it staff didn't explain well how to put the room card into the holder to turn on the electricity, made me read the information without supplying anything verbally....

no bread to toast, or anything like that.....
