The hotel was clean and inviting the stuff were excellent The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and great lighting. There was excellent food available 530 free of charge including three drinks. Great value will be staying here again for sure.

A very pleasant surprise. Little history of staying at a Drury facility

Staff put me in a suite on the 5th floor as room I had signed up fir was not available. Very comfortable night. Employee at tge front desk coukd not have been more pleas as nt. Very impressed

Five stars

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean with fresh towels. Food was great and 3 drinks a night was fabulous. The bartender recommended cherry sours it was yummy! I wish i could have brought the bed home with me. It was super comfy like sleeping on a cloud.

Good value and location, especially if visiting the university of Findlay

We were visiting from the UK to visit our son who goes to the local university, and this hotel was recommended by our son's coach. Pleasantly surprised with some of the extras I clearly didn't read about beforehand, namely the 5.30-7.00pm kick back, which allows you 3 free drinks and a range of food during this period. A nice little touch.

Room cleaning was a bit sporadic. We asked for it to be cleaned one day whilst we went for a walk to allow our son time to study in peace when we returned. We returned 2 hours later (about 1pm) and they hadn't done it. Yet the next 2 days they knocked on to clean just after 8am whilst we were in bed.....so we didn't get it cleaned those days. When they did clean, sometimes it was just the towels, not the bins or beds....like I say, it was inconsistent but they'd do it if you asked, so this is just being picky.

We aways try to go to the Drury whenever we can.

Your manager was the first time that anyone wanted my input on want they can do for us. I told him that we would like one along I-90 in New York around Buffalo or Rochester. So, he said to ask and it couldn't hurt to ask.

almost perfect

I liked almost everything about it was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I used to work on the road.

I took my key card to the front desk because I was haveing trouble with it and instead of getting me a new one I was asked to go back to my room and get my ID haveing trouble with my key card made this quite difficult not to metion time consuming I felt like they didn't beleive me. I have business in Finely this week and plan to stay there again I hope my stay will not be like that.

Was in town for a softball tournament. Can't fault them but every hotel almost doubled their price . I know it happens but still isn't right . Only industry that can get away with it without recourse

somewhat disappointing, but we always enjoy the Drury Inn

everything was very good condidering what happened. the stff was excellent.

We had booked a room with a roll in shower about a week before our arrival and it was confirmed. when we arrived and went up to our room iit was not what we had asked for. We were told that someone had extended their stay and no one checked to verify that the room was spoken for! They said we could go somewhere else but we had spent 11 hours on the road so we just stayed.
